Our nursery ships bare root roses to all EU countries
ORDERING
Orders for bare-root roses can be placed from September to February. You can order either online, by mail, telephone or fax.
Indicate, please, your exact address and phone number and / or fax number. Since some varieties may be exhausted, specify in your order if you would like to receive other varieties. Unless otherwise specified, we will send you only the varieties available. Once your order is placed, the availability of the required varieties will be checked and the total cost calculated and sent to the customer for confirmation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
After receipt of confirmation, the order is recorded and listed for shipment. Customers placing orders for the first time are requested to pay in advance by bank transfer, and will receive, along with the confirmation of the order, our bank information (IBAN and BIC).
For known customers, payment may be made after receipt of the plants.
SHIPPING
Shipment is carried out from November to March with resting plants and depending on weather conditions: orders are dispatched following a chronological order from the date of order.
You will receive an email prior to shipment, indicating the possible date of departure. The package will be sent after receipt of your answer to the mail.
RECOMMENDED is your presence at home or at least your telephone availability for the courier to deliver the package.
COST OF SHIPPING
The cost of transport depends on the country of destination and the quantity of plants ordered.
It includes packaging and shipping.
Our plants are packaged with care to avoid any risk of dehydration or damage during transport. Roses can be kept in the delivery package, in a non heated room, for 1 week after their arrival. The cost of the package is € 3.
WARRANTY
All the plants we grow are guaranteed and will be replaced if they do not take root during the first season due to reasons clearly attributable to us. Since the success in planting depends on many factors including climatic conditions, and planting and cultivation techniques, we do not assume any responsibility if the failure is due to one or more of these factors. We recommend you to promptly report any problems to us.
